DANCE STUDIOS AT MAPLE ARTS ACADEMY

Be a part of Maple Arts Academy, Metro Detroit's exciting new arts and cultural center, by
holding your class, workshop or rehearsal at one of our two dance studios located in the
prestigious Steinway Piano Gallery in the center of Novi, Farmington Hills, West
Bloomfield and Commerce Twp.

¢ The 1,700 square foot Studio 1 is perfect for teaching dance, theatre, yoga, Pilates, martial
arts, or for use as a rehearsal space. It has a sprung floor, 28 foot mirrors and barres, and the
availability of a stereo system with remote control.

¢ The 880 square foot Studio 2 is also a multipurpose space, with a wood floor and plenty
of space for mirrors and barres.

¢ Also available for rent is a state-of-the-art recital hall that seats 125 and is expandable to
350, complete with a stage, professional theatre lighting, and recording facilities.

Maple Arts Academy is handicap accessible and offers plenty of free parking and a
comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi.

A rental agreement and certificate of liability insurance are required for all rentals. Studio
scheduling is done on a "first come, first served" basis.
